Encapsulation Professionals was established in Upstate South Carolina in 2020 with a focus on crawl spaces, moisture management and the construction conditions that cause those problems in the first place.
Owner Angelo Gazzo comes from a hands-on construction background that includes residential framing, structural repair, insulation and concrete work. That experience influences how we evaluate crawl spaces today.
A wet crawl space is not automatically an encapsulation problem. Water may be entering through the foundation, collecting because of poor drainage, migrating through the soil, entering around penetrations or remaining trapped because the crawl space cannot properly dry.
Our job is to determine what is happening, explain the available options and build a system appropriate for the property.
